Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, health, and safety reasons. This aligns with common retail practice in Egypt for fragrances and personal-use products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
Or an incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
